• new model for allocating room cost, according to m2 used
• what to do with 5th floor rooms formerly used by systems group, not needed by us
• bench fee for affiliated faculty, industrial PhD students - to be paid by department or school?
• female postdoc position, will form a committee of three people. If no hiring done by December, the funds go away.
• which subject areas do we need for teaching/research? Need to be able to teach programming.
• coffee machine - we don't want a brewer.

• student complaints now go via the department head. This does not replace direct contact with teachers but those rare cases that have been going via the studievagledning.
• recruitment committee is being formed at CSC.
• lic self-plagiarism question resolved: According to the author of the plagiarism book at KTH, Carl-Mikael Zetterling, text from the lic. can be reused in the PhD thesis, but it needs to be stated clearly.
• copiers/printers to be installed soon - TCS wants to keep them in the corridors, not printer rooms.
