- EES - Communication Networks: Dán, Karlsson, Stadler
- EES - Automatic Control: Johansson, Sandberg
- SICS - Center for Networked Systems: Gehrmann
Goals:
- To build momentum and critical mass in a research area of vital strategic importance to KTH, Swedish IT industry, and the wider society
- To identify potential for new collaborations and synergy between research groups at KTH, SICS, and industry and governmental organizations in the security domain
- To support several recent and coming recruitments in the security area at CSC, SICS, and EES
- To prepare the ground for new strategic recruitments in the security area
- To create the basis for a future centre of excellence in the computer and network security domain
