Web Page
Regular seminars have to be announced at the webpage, via the new_seminars.py script in /afs/nada.kth.se/public/www-csc/tcs/seminars
.
Printout
A printout for all seminars should be attached to the white board closest to the TCS kitchen. (It should say Seminars on it.)
Food
Food is usually ordered for lunch seminars and complexity meetings (they are usually at 12:00).
Managing Participants
There is a script that creates a doodle used to register participants.
The list of participants should be present at the seminar, such that:
- registered people can get their food first
- registered people can check of their names
- non registered people can enter their name
This is needed as after the lunch this formula has to be filled out and send to Ann Seares <seares@kth.se>. The list of participants might be provided extra as it is not reasonable to do this process anyway, so we do not want to wast time on it.
Ordering Food
Food should be ordered 3/4 days before (officially 7) and may be updated a day before. Practically it has to be ordered via a mail to info@fagelangenscatering.se (see menu)
The amount of meals to order is the number of participants is:
- complexity meetings: order number of registered participants
- lunch seminar:
- order number of registered participants +6 (predicted number, please adjust if necessary)
- should end up being 3-4 more on Sunday, top up order if less than 2 extra.
